Returns and Cancellation Information

 

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours or up to when the order is dispatched.  We will refund the order to the PayPal account used to originally pay for the order.  Once an order has been dispatched, any cancellation will be treated as a return.

Returns can be made within 14 days of the order date. Returns are free for faulty items or orders that have been dispatched incorrectly - other return charges will be at your expense. Please include the order highlighting the items you are returning with a covering letter. Returns made after 14 days may not be accepted by us and may be returned to you at your expense. If, in our discretion, we accept a late return then we reserve the right to make a charge to cover the cost of processing the return.

Any goods returned should be in saleable condition.

If you do receive damaged goods, please retain all relevant documentation so that we can make an insurance claim against the carrier's insurers. Please contact us immediately so we can rectify the situation for you and organise a return of the damaged item. If you receive goods in damaged condition, you must notify us by e-mail or post, within seven days of receipt of the goods. Refunds will be made by the same method as that used for the original purchase.

Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if the goods are faulty.

These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.

Whilst orders should be received in 3-5 working days of dispatch confirmation, sometimes things can be delayed.  If you haven't received your order within this timeframe, please contact us and we can track your order with our courier.  Unfortunately not all deliveries are trackable, and in these cases, we will need you to allow 10 working days from dispatch. If your order still hasn't been received, please contact us and we can advise further.  Any non-deliveries should be reported to us within 30 days of dispatch for us to deal with as appropriate.

None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder. Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
